Our house designs can be adapted to almost any lot in El Bosque, and our team will work with you to customize the design. This option offers flexibility and a shorter construction timeline, and we handle the permitting and building process from start to finish.

Construction Timelines:
For lots #4 — #22, home construction must begin within 3 years of purchase. If you need a longer runway, lots #23 — #42 allow for construction to begin within 5 years of purchase.
